What is Now Hydrate?

How do you use it?
Tear open one stick, mix with 500ml-1000ml of cold water, shake or stir, and enjoy.
What is inside each stick?
The formula includes Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Flavour, Sweetener. There's glucose for instant energy in the performance version, while the zero sugar doesn’t have any carbohydrates or calories.
Why sodium & potassium only?
